Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Zora mobile application (the "Service") operated by JavuApps ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Zora is an offline-first daily planner application that allows you to:

• Capture and manage activities (goals and projects)
• Schedule protected time blocks on a daily timeline
• Track progress on activities with percentage completion
• Attach notes, photos, and documents to activities
• Set up recurring time blocks for habits and routines
• Review and reflect on daily and weekly progress
• View a monthly calendar with scheduled blocks
• Export and import your productivity data

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not use automated systems or scripts to access the Service
• Take responsibility for backing up your own data

3. Your Data

3.1 Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including activities, time blocks, notes, photos, and documents. We do not claim ownership of your data.

3.2 Local Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all stored data.

3.3 Data Export

You can export your data at any time from within the app. Exported files are your responsibility once generated.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JavuApps. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data entered will be preserved in all circumstances
• The Service will meet all of your specific requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL JAVUAPPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or software updates
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

7. Productivity Disclaimer

Zora is a productivity tool, NOT a professional project management system.

• The Service is designed for personal productivity and goal tracking
• We do not guarantee any specific productivity outcomes
• Time estimates and progress tracking are for personal reference only

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JavuApps from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules in Zambia.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.
