Zora is designed as an offline-first application. This means:

• All your data (activities, time blocks, notes, and settings) is stored locally on your device
• The app functions fully without an internet connection
• Your personal productivity data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it

The following data is stored only on your device:

• Activities (goals and projects with progress tracking)
• Time blocks (scheduled work sessions)
• Notes (text, photos, and documents attached to activities)
• Categories and tags
• App preferences and notification settings

2.2 Usage Analytics

We may collect anonymous usage data to improve our Service:

• App feature usage (which screens and features you use)
• App performance metrics

• Device type and operating system version

This analytics data does not include your personal productivity data, activities, or time blocks.

When you export your data, a file is generated on your device. You control where this file is saved and shared. We do not receive or store any exported data.

4.3 File Attachments

Photos and documents attached to activity notes are stored locally on your device. File sizes are limited to 2MB per attachment to keep storage manageable.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party service providers for:

• Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics to improve the app experience
• Crash Reporting: Automatic crash reports to help us fix issues

All third-party providers are selected for their strong privacy and security practices.

6. Your Rights

6.1 Access Your Data

All your data is accessible within the app at any time. You have full visibility into everything the app stores.

You can export all your activities, time blocks, and notes from within the app at any time.

6.3 Delete Your Data

You can delete individual items or all your data by uninstalling the app. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app permanently removes all data.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
